A recent gathering in Madrid brought together community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to reflect on the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers offered reflections from faith, culture and public service on how mutual knowledge can strengthen coexistence.
In the discussion, participants considered themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative news eugene with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, emphasised that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
